Form Assistance
Although this is not our offices’ main purpose, our tenant relations staff member has lots of experience filling out and filing paperwork. If you need assistance with filling out forms for OAS, GIS, SAFER, CPP, RAP, Ministry or Court paperwork, our staff would be happy to help you.
Also, if you are having difficulty finding and printing these applications, we have copies in office we can provide you with.
If you have any paperwork regarding your tenancy that you need completed, please just call the office.
Proof of Rent or Rental Agreement can be provided upon request only from the tenant it is regarding or if we have received permission from the tenant previous to the request being made.
