Pet Policy

  • We allow PRE-EXISTING Family Pets only.

    This means that:

    ‍ ‍ - You can Keep your Fur Family Members

    ‍ ‍ BUT

    ‍ ‍ - New pets CAN NOT be added to your lease

    We allow Cats and Dogs ONLY

    NO Caged or Free Animals, Small Rodents, Birds, Reptiles, Snakes and/or Aquariums for Fishes

  • All pets moving inot building MUST have the following BEFORE starting tenancy

    ‍ ‍ - Passed Staff “Interview”

    ‍ ‍ - Have all Flea, Tick and Yearly Vaccinations

    ‍ ‍ - Been Spayed or Neutered

    ‍ ‍ - Have valid City of Quesnel Pet Licenses ( Link Below)

    • All Pets must be secured, either in carrier or by leash in all common areas

    • All animals should receive at least basic Pet care (i.e. waste management, regular feeding, cleaning, grooming and vet care) if we feel your animal is not receiving this, we can request the animal be removed from the building.

    • the owner of the above-mentioned pet(s), takes full and exclusive responsibility and liability for any damage to person, property or other pets that my pet or I create due to my neglect or their behaviour.

    • The owner of the pet is to abide by any Bylaw enforcement actions/ fines, and they are solely the financial responsibility of the tenant
